StreamCUT is a web application designed for employers of the Z generation in low-skilled work industries worldwide.

Classified due to secrecy agreements, StreamCUT is a real live product that has been successfully launched and is now available globally.

My aim was to streamline the hiring process by enabling employers to conduct quick screenings of potential candidates through video resumes, saving time and resources while identifying the best fit for their workforce needs.

The Challange

Create a cohesive and intuitive user experience that caters to both Generation Z job seekers and older employers. Find the right balance between modern, visually appealing design for the Z generation, while ensuring straightforward navigation for efficient candidate screening

The goal

Creating a unified view that is unique and engaging for both targeted audiences, while ensuring that the platform remains efficient and effective in facilitating the candidate screening process

Research

I facilitated comprehensive interviews with 18 employers, who are integral to the business model, to discern their primary pain points and requirements. Collaborating with the team, we developed a split MVP, incorporating distinct views for each audience.

2. Employers in Low-Skills Industries: looking to find suitable candidates quickly and searching for ways to streamline their hiring process.

Furthemore, finding job openings in global companies is challenging due to limited access to job boards and employment information in their unique location. Also, Lora faces occasional language barriers when applying for positions in companies from other countries, as English is not her native language.

Lora aims to leverage her passion for exploration to find exciting global job opportunities that align with their values and aspirations. She is now looking for the right platform that can help her and open doors to a world of possibilities for this young adventurer.
